Solara took its baby steps in 2006, and have been on a journey of discovery and learning ever since. We started as an open source consulting and services company with a powerful global partnership with Enterprise Application Integration Platform IBM WebSphere in USA. We launched the first industry specific, platform agnostic Solution in 2011. Today we boast of competency centers for Microsoft, Amazon, Open Source and IBM. Throughout, we have tried to stay true to our core beliefs and delight our customers and partners by delivering best-in-class solutions. We owe a huge thanks to our customers, partners and associates for joining us on this amazing journey, and we hope that you will be a part of our story too.

Philosophy

At Solara, the endeavor has always been to ensure that things are kept Simple, Structured and Scalable. The values ‘we live by’ was brainstormed quite a bit by the team and we wanted it to resonate with the way we live not only professionally but also in our daily lives. That is also the reason you will find the words used are simple, rustic and earthy, rather than clichéd.

At work, all collaborations, innovations and solution engineering begins and ends with the 4 W concept of questioning (What, Why, When & Where). And throughout this process, we are reminded of our mission which is one of the elements of our company DNA today. We believe this philosophy will help us serve our customers well consistently with products, solutions and services which hints at excellence all the way.
